3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify 33 ph immediately through the contact details provided on this site. 33 ph will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login information. You must not share your account with any other person or allow third parties to place bets or play games on your behalf.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 33 ph are conducted in Philippine pesos (₱). Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or placing bets that do not contribute to wagering requirements — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings. 33 ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. 6. Sports Betting Rules

Game malfunctions — including software errors or disconnections during a game round — may result in the round being voided and the stake being returned to the player's account.
